2.5 km from the Ridge, Shimla, The Jakhoo Temple is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The temple has been built around the place that is supposed to have the footprints of Hanuman. This place is not just popular for being a shrine to Lord Hanuman, but it is also famous for its scenic beauty with backdrop of Shivalik ranges. Being at the highest point of Shimpla it provides a sweeping view of the city and mountains.
