Best to visit in March during cherry blossom
Meguro River is a well known place to see cherry blossoms in Tokyo. Located near Shibuya, in Nakameguro area in central Tokyo, highlight of this place is 800 cherry trees lined for about 4 km along the river which displays the spectacular view.
