Murano and Burano are small islands at a distance of 20 kms from venice. These islands are famous for their glass making and colorful buildings. Visitors can watch the glass making and also admire the cathedrals.
The Venice Lagoon boat trip starts a few steps from St Mark's Square, near the Ponte della Paglia, at the desk of Serenissima Motoscafi.
The first stop is to the Venice island of Murano, known throughout the world for its ancient tradition of glass making. The stop will last about 40 minutes and includes an optional visit to a glass factory with a demonstration of the art of glass blowing.
Second stop is island of Burano, the bustling island famous for its colourful houses and the hand-crafted lace work. This stop is for 35 minutes.
Last stop is Torcello which has many examples of great historical and artistic importance. This break is of 45 minutes.
