In Centenary Farmer’s Weekend market on the banks of the Wang Chhu River, you will get plenty options such as fruits and vegetables, curly fern fronds called nakey, fiery chillies, homemade soft cheese, wild honey and doma, which is areca nut coated in lime and wrapped in betel leaf.
There is a handicraft shop from where you can collect souvenirs like prayer wheels, Buddha figurines, thangkas, colourful masks and musical instruments.
