Palacio da Bahia is a centuries old royal complex of buildings and gardens and considered to be the most impressive palace of all times. Although there is lack of decorations in the palace but the grand and imposing islamic and Moroccan style architecture makes up for it.

Palacio da Bahia, also referred as the palace of Bahia which means the palace of the beautiful and intelligent. Palace of Bahia has significance in the Moroccon cultural heritage and one of the main places of tourism in Morocco. The Moroccan royal family of King Mohammed VI of Morocco stays here sometimes in an important private part not open to the public.

HOW TO GET TO PALACIO DA BAHIA ?
Located 900 metres from Jemaa el-fnaa. To reach the palace from Jemaa el-Fnaa, take the street Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdid (on the corner of the restaurant Marrakchi).
