The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam showcases collections of artworks by Vincent Van Gogh , the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art. Apart from the permanent collection by Van Gogh, visitors can also explore exhibitions, guided tours, workshops, children's activities and events.
The Permanent collection in Van Gogh Museums houses the masterpieces by Vincent Van Gogh, here you can see his development as an artist, check his 200 paintings, 500 drawings and 700 of his letters.
Guided Tours: Duration: 50 mins Price: 95 Euro for max 15people Timing: Daily, every hour from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. On Fridays every half hour from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm
Children Workshop Duration: 2 hours Timing: Saturdays 12:30–2:30 pm, and Sundays 3–5 pm Price: € 7.50 per child, including materials and soft drink (free museum entry)
