Reichstag Building is a historic building in Berlin built as a home to the parliament of the German Empire. This building was not in use after World War II, but was refurbished in 1960s. Its complete restoration completed in 1999 and once again it became the meeting place of the German parliament.
The large glass dome at the top of the Reichstag offers 360 degree view of the Berlin city. The light through the dome radiates down and dazzling main hall could be seen from the dome. The Reichstag building, its dome and the Bundestag chamber are all open to the public only with advance reservations. There is a roof top restaurant where you can relax while enjoying the view, but it is a bit pricey.
