Similan Islands constitutes 9 Islands each of them numbered from 1 to 9. These islands have low-lying formations covered with thick forest contrast to other islands in Phang Nga Bay or Krabi.

Covered with variety of trees like jackfruit, bamboo, gum trees etc. and dwelled by monkeys, langurs, squirrels, birds etc., this island has huge boulders which is the major attraction point for the tourists.

White sand beaches are popular too. Underwater is house to spectacular coral growths, perfect for diving. This island is also popular among sailors. In the month between November to May, you will find many Yachts inhabiting its waters.
